At Maeve & Finn Dublin, we want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t right, you may be eligible to return your item under the conditions below. This policy explains how returns work and what you can expect.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions apply:

Returns can only be requested after you have physically received your order.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, including any international shipping fees that may apply.

Items must be returned unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in original condition, with all tags and labels still attached.

You may try items on for fit, but items must not be worn.

Returns are not accepted for orders placed in multiple sizes with the intention of returning a portion of the order (“size testing”/bulk returns).
We reserve the right to refuse returns if items show signs of wear, washing, odours, damage, or missing tags.
How to Request a Return

Email us at info@maeve-finn-dublin.com within 14 days of receiving your item to request a return.

After your request is approved, we will provide you with the correct return address based on your order and fulfilment location.

Send the item back at your own expense. Any applicable customs duties, handling fees, or import charges are also the responsibility of the customer.

We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method (track & trace) to ensure proof of delivery.
Refunds
Once your return has been delivered to the return address and inspected, and the item is approved as meeting our return conditions, we will process your refund.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Refunds are processed within 14 days after the returned item has been received and approved.
Please note:

Original shipping costs (if any were charged) are not refundable unless required by applicable law.
Responsibility & Delivery Issues

We are not responsible for parcels that are shown as delivered by the carrier to the address provided by the customer.

If an incorrect shipping address is entered during checkout, this remains the customer’s responsibility.

If you notice an error in your address, please contact us as soon as possible — ideally within 24 hours of placing your order — so we can try to assist before processing begins.
